Safety and Security
Ginger raw material
Our ginger is mainly grown in the suburbs of Chiang Rai and Phayao provinces, one of the major ginger production areas in Thailand.
This area is located at an altitude of about 200 to 300 meters above sea level, with long hours of sunlight and a temperature difference between day and night, making it a suitable area for ginger cultivation. In this mountainous area, ginger is cultivated without or with minimal use of pesticides. Regarding the pesticides we use, we record the type, method, and timing of application, and manage the cultivation in accordance with the Global Gap or similar.

Quality control
We take the utmost care to control the quality of our ginger.
For example, by locating our factory and raw material warehouse near the production area, we prevent ginger from deteriorating immediately after harvest and ginger from drying out, thus stabilizing the quality and flavor of ginger.

In addition, although it is not common in Thailand, we have a refrigerated warehouse dedicated to ginger where we store ginger in bags after harvesting, keeping the humidity and temperature at a constant level. This prevents the ginger from drying out as much as possible, keeps the quality constant, stabilizes the flavor throughout the year, and prevents insects and other foreign substances.
Traceability
We can meet your traceability requirements.
After harvested ginger is bagged, we store it in containers. Containers are tagged to enable identification of the date of arrival, quantity, and farmer or broker of origin. This allows us to trace back the production lot, production record, cleaning record, receiving record, and packing tag.
We will continue to strive for improvement and quality enhancement without considering the present as ideal.

Foreign Substances Removal
In addition, ginger is said to be difficult to process due to the presence of many impurities such as stones.
However, we use proprietary cleaning technology, magnets, and X-rays to remove foreign substances and prevent contamination, resulting in the production of high-quality products.
